“Bar Rescue”

I love reality T.V. I am watching a compilation of the show Bar Resume on YouTube which is hilarious but also disgusting. I worked in the restaurant industry for years and I can say that it wasn’t until recently that I worked in one as nasty as what they show on Bar Rescue. Improper handling of meat, serving raw food, getting customers drunk to cover up how bad the food is. All of that is disgusting and those people shouldn’t be allowed to be in the industry.

I was terminated yesterday from Brueggers Bagels basically because I care about food and doing things right in a restaurant. That company makes so much money per year but they do not invest in their employees, the restaurants, not do they care how employees are treated by their Managers. You would think that the store in Lake Norman where the “wealthy” folks live that the restaurant would be clean… No it has a sewer smell, mold growing everywhere, and the lady’s bathroom has been broken for over a year! There is even a water bug infestation that no one does anything about.

This was one of the worst places I worked. I wanted to transfer to the Cotswold store but my General Manager’s boss… David Cohen, would not recommend it and basically said I resigned because I had a headache and left, even though I had baked the bagels they needed for the day. This company even blocked my email address! I tried to email HR and the email was sent back stating “email address is blocked”. The previous general manager would have tantrums and even came at me with a butcher knife! Another manager mad me burn myself by screaming my name while I was reaching in the oven. He didn’t want anything was just joshing around but dude I’m like reaching in a hot oven!! Don’t do that!

John from Bar Rescue should go to that Brueggers Bagels and whil them into shape since I was too much for them to handle!

It’s crazy how a company would prefer lazy people who don’t want to do their over people who actually like their job, want to be there, and serve people food that won’t kill them!! Don’t eat the smoked salmon or brisket & check your eggs for egg shells if you eat there!
