All Lives Matter
Looking at the World through someone else’s eyes
Trying to over-stand the knowledge and read between the lines
Listening to the cries of loved ones lost…
But at what cost?
Black lives, red lives, white lives
All lives Matter!
Just read the social media and “fake” news chatter
Chatter, chatter…
Scatter
Like God did with the people in Biblical times
2019 Oh, how time rewinds
All the Nations have been scattered
All women have been battered
While all the children are left tattered
Just look at the “fake” news and social media chatter
Where one lie ends another one begins
And in the end
All it brings is destruction and death
The sadness overwhelms and takes my breath
Is there a way to end this cycle
Of greed, deception, and hate?
Is it too late?
