Ying and Yang

I really can’t say what attracts me to you
I don’t know if it’s your smile, the twinkle in your eyes when you laugh, which is often, or the way you like to sing even when you don’t know the words
You make me laugh and smile
When I’m with you my fears disappear
But you have made yours very clear, we are only physical even though I know you feel the power of our combined mentals
Ying and Yang
Opposite sides of the same coin…
But together we make one valuable piece of metal
I can ramble on about how much I’d like us two to be one
I know nothing I say can change your mind…
Now you say you are in love with someone else,
Someone who needs fixing, someone who needs saving… from herself
While you need to be saved from her but you are my friend only and all I can do is lend an ear…
Let you pour your heart out and wipe away your tears.
